- Review and Revision of SCC Bylaws & Rules of Order & Procedures
- District Training gave information on what needed to be updated on Bylaws
- Only a couple of things needed to be changed on the Bylaws according to the outline of the district.
- Updates to the election area. If we need to vote in the future, we can do digital elections.
- Simplified the language.
- Use Robert’s Rules of Orders for formality.

- Reading intervention teacher resigned from teaching kindergarten part time and money is moved so we could afford a full time kindergarten teacher
- The reading intervention teacher is going to be an instructional aide instead
- Normally there are two behavior aides, but there is only one currently at our school. Principal and Vice Principal are helping more with behaviors.
- Plan to hire an additional MTSS assistant for lunchroom help and behavior needs

- Routes north of Fort Union are guiding to bus stops.
- There are some potential draining issues in the community.
- Chris Lane is still a concern for sidewalks.
- There are concerns with using crosswalks and picking up kids at the end of the school day.
