- Call to Order: 4:02 p.m.

- Submitted Final Report for previous year’s plan- Due end of January
- Submitted on January 15, 2025
- Begin writing plans for the next school year: (Due April 9th)
- TSSP:
- Culture Goal: Attendance
- 2 options:
- By Spring 2026, we will increase the percentage of students who are on track with attendance by 10% each term, as measured by Early Warning Systems (EWS) data.
- OR By Spring 2026, we will increase the percentage of students who are on track with attendance to 70% each term, as measured by Early Warning Systems (EWS).
- For parents – the goal may be more reader friendly to use months instead of quarters.
- SCC prefers wording of the second goal.
- Possible incentive is to add a “competition” piece within grade groupings for students who have the highest attendance – bell to bell – weekly.
- Suggestion for home visits for students with high absences to connect and build relationships with students. Money will need to be set aside, as the state grant has discontinued, if this was a step that we want to implement.

- Acadience administered last week of January.
- RISE data is being aggregated
- Data updates will be given in February.
- Expenditures
- Extra money due to the absence of a recess aide for two months – money will be used to increase behavior specialist hours during Spring.
- New recess aide will be hired at 27 hours/week. Extra hours will be used to help monitor behaviors during the morning.
- Support will be given to first grade with an aide.
- Q-Talk will be purchased for DLI.
- Before/After school supervision (Elias Perez):
- Not discussed during January meeting
- Additional school climate updates or principal Report
- Superintendent visited faculty and staff during a faculty meeting
- Guardians in Schools
- Need to have a plan in place by next school year
- Two guardians will receive training and the necessary safety equipment
- There are still many questions and concerns in regards to the implementation – answers will be given once the District is able to clarify the program and receives answers from the state.
- DLI – no changes will be made for next year as the District looks at programs
- New playground turf placed under play structure
- Need broken divider in the gym repaired
