Monthly Meeting Agenda

• Previous Meeting Minutes Approved–thank you very much

• SCC Roster Accuracy Check and Update if needed:

  • Small change for one member, everyone else looks accurate.

• Submitted Final Report for previous year’s plan- Due end of January

• Begin writing plans for the next school year: (Due April 13th)

• • TSSP: 
    • Reviewed data in preparation for conversations next month.
  • Land Trust: 
    • Reviewed data in preparation for conversations next month.
  • Positive Behavior Plan: 
    • By Spring 2027, we will increase the percentage of students who are on track with attendance to 70% each term, as measured by Early Warning Systems (EWS)

• Review to ensure we are on course with Current Year’s:

• • LAND Trust Plan: 
    • Reviewed progress toward goals.
  • Data: 
    • Reading: 
      • Kindergarten: 87% of students at/above benchmark in NWF-CLS 
      • 1-3: 51% above benchmark in ORF 
      • 2-3: 51% of students who are below/well below benchmark in ORF making typical/above typical growth 
      • 4-5: 51% of students proficient or above in RISE 
      • 4-5: 56% of students who are not proficient in RISE made one level proficiency growth 
    • Math: 
      • Kindergarten: 78% of students at/above benchmark in MCS 
      • 1-5: 62% of students above benchmark in Computation
  • Expenditures:
    • Looking to hire an additional instructional aide for 3rd grade.

• Bella Vista- Ridgecrest Transition Team Report

• Members from both schools are meeting to discuss the transition. 

• • Plan to invite Bella Vista community to our community nights. 
  • Rebranding is a school board decision. Both schools have tiger mascots.

• Additional school climate updates or principal Report

• • Plan for the marquee to be fixed.
  • Hired a new MTSS aide in the school.
  • Updates for next school year:
    • New math curriculum.
    • New management system (Skyward). 
    • New carpet in the building.
    • There will be four Bella Vista teachers joining the Ridgecrest team.

• Next Meeting Wed., Feb. 18th. (longer to go over data)

• Do we want to have a little potluck of snacks/fruits/veggies?
  • There will be a sign up for bringing a snack for the next meeting.
