Monthly Meeting Agenda

  • Call to Order : 4:05 p.m.

  • Previous Meeting Minutes Approved in 4 days–thank you very much 
  • SCC Roster Accuracy Check and Update if needed: 
  • Goal 1 Reading – By Spring 2026:

 

  • Kindergarten: At least 80% of students will be at or above benchmark on NWF_CLS according to Acadience testing.
  • 1st-3rd: At least 70% of students will be above benchmark on ALO Spring ORF with at least 65% of students who score below or well below benchmark making typical or higher growth.
  • 4th-5th: At least 70% will be at or above proficient and/or grow at least one proficiency  level by Spring RISE ELA benchmark or Wonders Unit Assessment.

 

  • Goal 2 Math – By Spring 2026

 

  • Kindergarten:  At least 80% will be at or above benchmark on Spring 2026 ALO MCS.
  • 1st-5th:  At least 80% of 1st-5th grade students above benchmark on Spring 2026 ALO Computation

 

  • Goal 3 PBIS/Attendance:

 

  • By Spring 2026, at least 70% of our students will be on track with attendance as measured by our Early Warning Systems (EWS) each quarter of the 2025-2026 school year.

    • 2 MTSS aids (Math Interventionist, floating support)
    • Purchase Software Licenses (ST Math licenses)

    • Hire a full time social worker- Ridgecrest will pay .5 of the salary and Responsive Services will pay the other half.
    • Hire on additional behavior interventionist
    • Purchase PBIS/Attendance incentives and rewards.

    • Cost are based on projections given by TSSP and Land Trust – 
    • .5 licensed teacher (Tier 1 ELA instruction and intervention groups).

    • Master Planning with BLT – develop goals (full day subs)

    • PLC Planning Day for Teachers to prioritize Standards refinement, common CFA and observations of peers (subs needed)
    • Supplies for teacher PD – collaborative learning structures, SBI groups

    • Playground is not being utilized by the public during school hours.
