Good evening Ridgecrest families,
As we enter the Thanksgiving week, we wanted to thank the Ridgecrest Community for all of your support during this challenging year. Thank you for sharing your amazing children with us each week. I hope you get to spend quality time with your friends and family this Thanksgiving.
Next week will be a shorter week, we only have school on Monday and Tuesday. If your children are going to be absent, please call the office and let us know. Reports cards were sent home on Friday, so if you do not have it yet, please check your child’s backpack.
Our Ridgecrest students made the news last week. Check out our students stacking cups to beat the WSSA record for
“the most people [cup stacking] stacking at multiple locations.” Here’s a link to the adorable photos published by the Deseret News.
PTA News:
Thank you to all who participated in our community fundraiser with Papa Murphy’s the last several days. We appreciate your support in our partnership with them.
Our PTA bylaws were approved during our meeting last Monday morning. Thank you to those who attended and voted to approve them.
Our next General PTA Membership meeting is Friday, December 10th at 8:45am in the media center. We will be electing our nominating committee. Members of the nominating committee may not serve on the PTA board for the upcoming year, but they nominate people to fill the positions for the 2022-2023 Ridgecrest Elementary PTA board.
