- Safety Report Current Concerns:
- The main concern is not having a fence around our playground. Our playground is next to a park, and it would be nice to have a separation between the playground and the park. This will help the recess staff in supervising the large space.
- Some students lift the drainage covers on the playground.
- There are concerns about the front door to our main office not being secured.
- Pick up and drop off is addressed in the Safe Routes.
- We would like more time with our SRO.
- Safety Report Current Concerns:
- Digital Citizenship Report
- Review Attached Document – Digital Citizenship & the SCC
- Digital Citizenship week was last week. There were daily announcements, lessons through Thrive Time, and a school assembly.
- We can potentially talk about digital footprints and positive use of technology to parents at STEM night.
- Problems with substitute teachers monitoring students’ technology due to not having access to LanSchool.
- Will continue the Digital Citizenship Report at the next meeting.
