    • Due to having a larger student population, and less students riding the buses, we have a lot of families driving vehicles to pick up and drop off their children. The drive through area can get stuck. Transportation and Risk Management suggested we close on exit from the parking lot during pick up to help the drive through area. There were a couple other suggestions on how to help this problem. There will be an added no left turn sign. Another potential support would be providing more information on the bus system. We can promote carpooling as well.

Next meeting Wednesday, September 30th at 4pm.

Adjourned at 5:35 pm.  Motioned: Carrie Seconded: Dallin
