Call to Order 4:04

    • Filled out the form in person

• Review to ensure we are on course with Current Year’s:

• • LAND Trust Plan
    • Paying for Kindergarten Teacher, substitutes, and BLT Meeting
    • Total remaining is $6,821.37
    • TSSA: Using for Payroll, stipends, headphones, encumbrances
    • TSSA: remaining is $6,070.33
  • Data 
    • K-2 tested today.
    • Off track and severe attendance is going down from last school year.
    • ODR’s are currently close to what we saw last year overall.

  • Move Cell Tower to Principal’s Discretionary
    • All approved

• Any School Safety Report Action Items? 

• • • Fencing will happen in the 2034-2035 school year.
    • No updates on SRO.

• Transition Team Report

• • • Discussion of Logo/Street Name Reveal Event
      • They are working on the new logo.
      • Signs are being presented to 5th grade on May 19th.
      • The logo on marquee and signs will be revealed in early fall.

• Additional school climate updates or principal Report

• • • Hired a 1st grade Chinese teacher for next school year.
    • Coordination between state and district is changing for DLI.
    • Need to hire 1 interventionist and 1 recess aide.
    • Some Bella Vista staff members are joining us next year.
    • Positive feedback about PTA helping set up for Teacher Appreciation Week.
