Monthly Meeting Agenda

  • Call to Order 4:04
  • In attendance: Sara Allen, Anna Whitely, Taylor Sicard, Fengmin Li, Dallin Toews, Jessica Warther, Chris Hettich, Natalee Thomas, Carrie Christensen, Matt Holton, Sammy Fan, Bill Fox (phone)
  • Others Present: Melissa Baker
  • Previous Meeting Minutes approved:
      • Thank you for reviewing and approving over email.
  • Finalize plans for next school year: (Due April 12th):
    • TSSP:  $153,459 projected budget
      • 1 math intervention teacher, 1 intervention aid, headphones for students, full time social worker, MTSS Aid, Additional Recess Aid, extra hours for front office workers for attendance intervention. 
    • Land Trust: $98,860 projected budget
      • Money used for interventionists, substitutes for planning days, substitute for ½ day BLT planning, stipends for BLT ½ day in summer, after school programs, decodable readers 1-3, reading prizes and incentives.

  • Bella Vista/Ridgecrest Transition Team Report
    • Logo refresh coming on Thursday.
  • Additional school climate updates or principal Report
    • At capacity for permits currently.
    • 5th grade proposed street name change. Talked to the City Council about this.
    • New carpet for next school year. The carpet has been picked. Starting to work over spring break in the pods. 
    • Teachers will need to pack and label stuff to be moved over the summer. Crew from the district will move items from classrooms to the gym and back due to getting new carpet.
